The 72-unit community is part of a revitalization of north Nashville. Designed as an eco-friendly community, the residences and retail space feature many options for people looking to minimize their impact on the environment. It is the first EarthCraft-certified development in Tennessee.
Located on 2 acres (0.8 hectares), the community is designed as a gateway between Salemtown and Germantown. Five buildings offer office and retail space with easy access to downtown Nashville, historic Germantown restaurants and local parks. Units are townhouses, flats, single-family houses and carriage houses. Interior sustainable materials include bamboo flooring, Energy Star-rated appliances, on-demand water heaters, recycled rubber pavers for the rooftop deck, and high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment.
Metal roofing and wall panels were chosen for their recyclability and long lifespan. The project features 20,000 square feet (1,858m2) of 24-gauge flush-seam wall panels in Slate Grey, Colonial Red, Hunter Green and Dark Bronze from Petersen Aluminum Corp.
