Made up of 11 single-story buildings, the self-storage facility
features 60,000 square feet of "rentable" space. Chosen for its
cost effectiveness, the project used metal roof and wall panels
from McElroy Metal Inc. For the roof, McElroy supplied its 24-gauge
standing-seam Mirage panel in Autumn Red. The exterior of all the
buildings are McElroy's "R" panel, with the perimeter buildings
using a combination of Surrey Beige and Autumn Red metal
panels.
