The two-story, climate-controlled building with 41 units on the
bottom floor and 44 units on the top floor was completed in
September 2010, at a cost of $1,033,000. The front and one endwall
featured multicolored EFIS. American Buildings Co. supplied the
14,000-square-foot metal building system, in addition to the Long
Span wall panels in Sand Stone and the Standing Seam 360 roof
panels in Aluminum Coated. The paint system consists of 70 percent
PVDF resin supplied as Kynar 500 or Hylar 500 manufactured by PPG
Industries.
