Franklin Square Hospital Patient Tower & Emergency Department, Baltimore

A new entryway and lobby
are the focal points of the new addition to Franklin Square
Hospital's Patient Tower and Emergency Department. Quality
Metalcrafts worked closely with the contractor, Zephyr Aluminum, to
coordinate material releases and shipments to accommodate the
construction schedule for both the interior and exterior components
of the project. Quality Metalcrafts' AMERICLAD AC-1000 composite
panels with a clear anodized finish, complement the building's
exterior and the entrance's canopy. The same panel type was also
used for the soffits, cornice panels, and coping and fascia of the
exterior, carrying the fresh new look to the entire front of the
new addition.
In addition to supplying materials for the addition's exterior,
Quality Metalcrafts / AMERICLAD also supplied custom AMERICLAD
AC-10C composite column covers with a clear anodized finish, for
both the building's interior and exterior. The open canopy and
glass entrance allow natural light into the lobby. The end result
is a style that creates an open atmosphere in a lobby that spans
three stories high.
