Completed in
October 2008, the hotel utilizes a metal building, roof and walls
from Mid- West Steel Building Co. The building is 98 1/4 feet (30
m) wide by 107 1/2 feet (33 m) long on the low side and 28 9/16
feet (9 m) on the high side, with a 1/4:12 roof pitch.
Mid-West Steel Building supplied its Ultra- Lok roof panels that
feature an interlocking snap seam to support faster and easier
installation and a more efficient erection process while providing
optimal durability and weathertightness. The project also utilized
Hardie Board siding from James Hardie Building Products Inc. and
Mid-West Steel Building's 26-gauge PBR wall panels. The mezzanines
around the interior perimeter of the building utilized Mid-West
Steel Building's 29-gauge PBD decking panels.
