This 38,900-square-foot, mixed-use center includes retail on the
first floor and business offices on the second. General Industries
used a Varco Pruden Rigid Frame framing system and a brick and
stone exterior wall. The SSR roof, also from Varco Pruden, is
painted Leaf Green.
The strong iconic features and the permanence of a metal roof
enhanced the project. The use of a metal building system was a
crucial factor in completing the corporate center quickly. Time was
an essential element of the project, which was completed in August
2010.
