Columbia Architectural Products Inc. new 1-inch Alclad II Insulated Foam-Ply Glazing Panels are made of 4-mm aluminum composite color face and back and a 3/4-inch expanded polystyrene core.

Columbia Architectural Products Inc. new 1-inch Alclad II Insulated Foam-Ply Glazing Panels are made of 4-mm aluminum composite color face and back and a 3/4-inch expanded polystyrene core. The aluminum composite face and back is provided by Vitrabond. The composite is made up of a polyethylene core and two sheets of 0.02-aluminum. The insulated aluminum composite material facing glazing panel has a maximum bow of less than 0.08 percent, and is available in standard and custom configurations, smooth coil coated Kynar 500 finishes and do not require mechanical fasteners or adhesives. Stock sizes are available in 62-inch widths and lengths up to 16 feet to provide strength, flatness and durability with warping resistance.
