Atha Hangar, Benton, Kan.

The Atha Hangar in Benton, Kan., is an 8,000-square-foot, 80- by 100-foot metal building. The hangar is attached to a 4,000-squarefoot home. Behlen Building Systems, Columbus, Neb., supplied its Behlen ADP-1 screw down pitch gabled roof in Patrician Bronze with a 4:12 pitch and a 60-foot single slope off the house. Behlen also supplied ADP-2 wall panel system in Surrey Beige and Watertown, S.D.-based Enercept provided its Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS). The hangar also features a 60- by 16-foot hydraulic hangar door from PowerLift, Lake Benton, Minn. In addition to the hangar, the building also contains a shop, RV storage area and four car garage.
