Additionally, CENTRIA supplied 15,669 square feet of its Profile Series Style-Rib Exposed Fastener Profiles in Dove Gray with a smooth finish and Fluorofinish coating. BRPH Cos. Inc., the architecture firm for the project, specified CENTRIA products for durability, sustainability, aesthetics and cost for the $100 million project. Whiting- Turner Contracting Co. was the general contractor, and A.C. Dellovade Inc. was the dealer and installer for the 65,000-square-foot project, which was completed in fall 2013.

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex houses the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit, the marquee element of the visitor complex's 10-year master construction plan that tells the story of NASA's 30-year space shuttle program. Visitors can view Atlantis from several different levels and the spacecraft is showcased as if it were in orbit in space, elevated 30 feet off the ground. Visitors have a close, 360-degree view a few feet away from the orbiter. The wear and tear of its 33 missions is apparent on its protective external tiles. The exhibit features multimedia presentations, more than 60 interactive presentations and simulators about the complex components and systems.
