Monroe Pointe, Denver

Located in Denver’s upscale Cherry Creek neighborhood, the new condominium building features 14,000 square feet (1,301 m2) of 0.050-aluminum panels in Silver Metallic from Dri-Design. The six-story, 69-unit luxury building offers views of the mountains, as well as the downtown Denver skyline. The $64 million project features condos ranging in size from 895 to 5,380 square feet (83 to 500 m2).

The open urban site allowed for an iconic approach to design that could be more free form. Objectives called for a contemporary building that was rooted in Colorado. Colorado sandstone, quarried 30 miles (48 km) from the site, was a natural cladding choice to provide a sense of quality and permanence. The design team selected the Dri-Design panels to contrast the sandstone and provide a contemporary look.
