Conger Construction Group built three of Star Building Systems' custom-engineered metal buildings for the City of Lebanon's municipal service facility. The buildings total 33,000 square feet and have large volume areas with clear span frames and rafter clearances for an overhead crane.

Star Building Systems supplied Doublelok metal roof panels in Classic Green and PBR metal wall panels in Light Stone for the project, which was completed in April 2015. The walls are open to 3 feet, 4 inches high or 8 feet high and accommodate 8-inch-thick masonry block walls. Additionally, 5,000 square feet of Star Building System's mezzanine was utilized for storage space. R-32 banded insulation was installed at the roof and R-30 banded insulation was installed at the walls.

The garage has parking space for 26 vehicles, a 5-ton crane and office and administration area. The City of Lebanon awarded the design-build contract to Conger Construction Group through a qualifications and value-based process.
