Seaport Channelside–Tenant Self-Storage, Tampa, Fla.

Constructed on the roof of a five-story condominium building, this tenant self-storage facility utilizes a Varco Pruden Buildings Continuous Beam framing system. The building has a 15-foot-wide canopy to provide protection from the building to the elevator area. The wall sheeting is 2-inch metal insulated panels, while all of the downspouts are trimmed to the inside of the building. Varco Pruden also supplied its SSR roof coated with Galvalume for the project.
