For the 31st year, Metal Construction News has turned to its readers for valuable information about the state of the industry. Our contractor readers worked through a year that was substantially similar to 2010, but hold higher hopes for 2012. Those hopes tend to fall in line with the general increase in confidence in the current economic climate.
This year’s respondents contrast to last year in that we had few respondents doing very large metal buildings. However, across the board, we’re seeing upticks in activity and projects for 2012 show even stronger increases.
