The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association[1] notes that things are changing quickly and states are confronting this crisis in different ways. In order for you to keep all states straight where you perform work, below is a link to a site that regularly updates information on state orders for essential businesses and closures.

The MRCA will also continue to offer industry-specific guidance on developing aspects of this national emergency as they become available. Plans are underway for a webinar to break down the federal legislation being passed from E-FMLA/E-PSL to the new stimulus package. Look for details in the near future on dates and times.
