AWIP strengthens commercial leadership with Harrell and Nickel promotions

Strengthening its commercial leadership team, IMP and building envelope solutions provider All Weather Insulated Panels[2] has promoted Kim Harrell to vice president of sales and Jacob Nickel to director of commercial sales.

“Kim and Jacob have each played an instrumental role in AWIP’s growth, and these promotions reflect the impact they’ve had on our customers, our team, and our business,” said president Joe Paparella.

Harrell now leads AWIP’s sales organization while also assuming responsibility for customer service. In his previous role leading strategic accounts and business development, he helped expand the company’s presence with general contractors, architects, owners, and other partners.

Nickel will oversee AWIP’s East and West sales regions, as well as national accounts. He previously led the West region, focusing on customers, team development, and consistent sales execution.

“Together, they strengthen an already outstanding commercial organization that is focused on delivering exceptional value to our customers while continuing to expand AWIP’s presence across North America,” Paparella added.
