Bay Insulation Systems Welcomes Matthew Randolph as District Sales Manager

Bay Insulation Systems[2] has added Matthew Randolph as district sales manager, serving Virginia, West Virginia, and portions of western Maryland.
Randolph brings more than 10 years of experience in the building materials industry. “His expertise in customer relationships and product knowledge will be instrumental in supporting Bay’s network of metal building contractors, builders, and erectors,” a news release on his hiring.
In his role, Randolph will be working closely with partners to identify the best metal building[3] insulation solutions for their projects, while also coordinating with Bay’s production teams on projects.
Randolph says the culture and people were the primary reasons he joined the company. “From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The culture here is built on collaboration, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence,” he says.
