Arkansas-based Lexicon Inc. has promoted Bryan Glenn[2] to vice president of project management for its Fabrication Group. In this role, he will oversee operations across multiple fabrication projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction remain at the forefront of Lexicon’s services.
With more than 13 years of experience in the steel industry, Glenn brings expertise and a track record of managing multi-phase projects across various market sectors. He joined Lexicon in 2020 as a sales executive and quickly advanced to director of sub-fabrication, where he expanded the group’s capacity for sub-fabricating thousands of tons of steel. According to a company press release, his leadership has been “instrumental in driving operational efficiency and building scalable partnerships to support unique project demands.”
“Bryan’s promotion is well deserved and reflects his ability to lead teams, build solutions, and deliver outstanding results,” says Ryan Walmsley, president of Lexicon’s Fabrication Group. “His commitment to solving complex issues and his dedication to customer satisfaction will continue to move our fabrication division forward.”
Prior to joining Lexicon, Glenn served as regional sales manager of Merrill Steel and a structural steel[3] estimator at Schuff Steel, both based in Overland Park, Kans. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
