Aspen Pumps acquires Malco Tools, aiding HVAC contractor growth

[1]Aspen Pumps Group[2], based in Hailsham, England, has acquired Malco Tools Inc.[3], based in Annandale, Minn.

Aspen supplies products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry, including pumps, tools, cleaning chemicals, support systems, and accessories.

Malco Tools will continue to operate in Annandale and is also the North American headquarters for Aspen. Malco Tools’ president and CEO, Rich Benninghoff, is the CEO of Aspen in North America.
