The Bradbury Group, based in Moundridge, Kan., announced it has acquired Press Room Equipment Co., based in Springfield, Mo. Press Room Equipment produces products including stock reels, pallet de-coilers, straighteners, coil up-enders, press feed systems, high-speed precision servo feeds, and automated processing lines. In addition to the Press Room Equipment brand, the acquisition includes the Norwalk and Waddington Electronic brands.

“The alignment in values and the high quality of Press Room Equipment’s products and the integration of The Bradbury Group’s technology and service capabilities are anticipated to expand [Press Room Equipment’s] product range, creating synergies and new opportunities for both entities and their customers,” says David Cox, CEO at Bradbury.

“We are thrilled to be part of The Bradbury Group,” says Gary Moore, general manager at Press Room Equipment. “Bradbury has been an established customer of ours, and we have great respect for their rollforming lines and engineering excellence. By joining their team, we will share resources and industry expertise, enabling us to offer cutting-edge solutions to the stamping and coil processing markets.”

Bradbury plans to maintain the operation of Press Room Equipment as an independent entity with no alterations to its management, staff, or location. Bradbury will provide technological and engineering support to facilitate Press Room Equipment’s growth and expansion.
