Dominion Building Products honored by Gulf States Manufacturers

Dominion Building Products, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, is proud to announce it is the recipient of the 2012 Vendor Excellence Award, given by Gulf States Manufacturers (GSM). The award, which is only presented to less than ten vendors out of almost 500 in all, recognizes suppliers that help GSM achieve its goals.

Dixie Tomlinson, purchasing agent for GSM explains that awarded vendors meet their F.O.C.U.S. standards for steel that: Fits, On-time delivery, Competitive pricing, Unbeatable customer service, and Solutions that work. Tomlinson praises the team at Dominion Building Products, saying that they demonstrate the utmost in customer service, quick response time, excellent work ethic, and an eye for detail.

Charlotte Howard, director of service centers for Dominion Building Products notes, “”Pricing, quoting, order entry, the entire group; without one person, the other wouldn’t succeed. It takes a team effort. This was a milestone for Dominion.”
