Prior to joining JW Aluminum, he previously served in various sales, marketing, operations, and product management roles within the aluminum rolled products industry.
“It’s a privilege to be a part of the leadership team at JW Aluminum, working side by side with our very talented teammates to take this company to the next level. By bringing together the operations and commercial teams, we’ll be able to serve our core markets with world-class products and service, and a personal connection you’ll only find with a company of our size and culture,” said Roush, “As a team, we’re passionate about the essential, sustainable product we make, the customers we serve, and manufacturing in the U.S.”
Roush will continue to report to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Stan Brant, who commented, “Ryan offers a unique perspective of the aluminum industry, making him uniquely qualified to bring together two powerhouse teams within our company and produce exceptional results for JW Aluminum and our customers.”
This strategic organizational change will maximize the company’s recent $300 million investment[2] and support the company’s business and growth objectives.
