Kingspan Light + Air paves the way for new product divisions

Kingspan Light + Air LLC, based in Lake Forest, Ill., has unveiled new product branding. The Major Industries brand is being discontinued, and there are new product divisions and names.

New daylighting product divisions include Toplighting, Sidelighting, and Canopies and Walkways. New daylighting product names include the following:

• GridSpan fiberglass roof system, formerly Guardian 275 Skylights from Major Industries.
• UniGrid fiberglass wall system, formerly Guardian 275 Wall Systems from Major Industries.
• Liteway fiberglass canopies and walkways, formerly Guardian 275 from Major Industries.
• QuadSpan polycarbonate roof system, formerly Quadwall, part of the company’s existing toplighting product line.
• PentaClad polycarbonate cladding, formerly referred to as a general cladding system, uses Pentaglas polycarbonate glazing, part of the company’s existing sidelighting product line.
