Knight Wall Systems[1] today announced it will be partnering with Resysta[2] to provide a new range of modern cladding for its line of continuous- and mineral fiber-insulation rain screen systems, according to Company President Doug Knight.

Resysta is a highly sustainable, weather-resistant composite cladding product that closely resembles tropical wood and is highly durable and virtually impervious to water. The reinforced hybrid material is produced of approximately 60-percent rice husk, 22-percent common salt, and 18-percent mineral oil, which makes it both environmentally friendly as well as extremely weather resistant against sun, rain, snow or salt water. At the same time, Resysta requires minimal care and offers the look, feel and workability of wood.
