S-5! celebrates grand opening of headquarters designed for comfort, productivity

Construction was completed for S-5!’s headquarters in Black Forest, Colo., the company announced. It comprises a two-story office building with a metal roof, and adjacent support building with a metal roof to house the company’s video training center, prototype shop, and testing facilities. The project incorporates S-5!’s products including X-Gard 2.0, DualGard, ColorGard and PVKIT.

Rob Haddock, owner at S-5!, says he wanted a workplace that “feels like home and a family gathering place.” He wanted it to blend into the area in a “tasteful and non-intrusive, non-disruptive way, and wanted it to feel like it belongs here, not stuck here.”
