Sales executive attaches to insulation producer

A reflective insulation and radiant barriers manufacturer hired a new member to its sales department. Michael Hayes was named vice president of sales at Fi-Foil Co. Inc.[1], Auburndale, Fla. Previously Hayes was general manager and regional sales director at Insulfoam[2], Puyallup, Wash., and has more than 17 years of experience in sales and operations management in the building products and insulation industries.

Hayes says Fi-Foil is an innovative manufacturer of radiant insulation and other building envelope products.

“I could not be more pleased about joining this exceptional company and team,” Hayes says.

Bill Lippy, president and CEO at Fi-Foil, says he is excited about the addition of Hayes.

“He brings national experience in the insulation category and will be instrumental as Fi-FOIL rolls out new radiant insulation solutions and other advanced energy-saving products in the

coming years,” Lippy says.

Hayes, graduate of Polk State College in Lakeland, Fla., and Florida Roof Deck Association board member, directed sales training and development programs at Insulfoam. Prior to Insulfoam, Hayes

was vice president of sales and operations at Don Works Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and district sales manager at Carpenter Co., Lakeland, Fla.
