ATAS duo wins top sales award for excellence

ATAS International Inc.[1], based in Allentown, Pa., presented Kyle Ferenc, CSI, and Cathy Parrino the 2023 Malan S. Parker Award, which recognizes the company’s top sales professionals each year.

Ferenc and Parrino were chosen as winners for their teamwork in overall sales growth, and observance of corporate goals and objectives. Ferenc is the ATAS product representative for northern Illinois and Wisconsin, and it is the first year he has won the award. He has been with the company for approximately four years, and has 17 years of experience in architectural building products sales.

Parrino has been an inside technical salesperson at ATAS for four years. She provided support to Ferenc in their territory. Prior to joining ATAS, she was an inside sales rep and building manager assistant at other organizations.

Mark Bus, national sales manager at ATAS, says, “The region this team covers, Illinois and Wisconsin, has been a growing market for us. We have great customer partnerships and a new manufacturing facility located in this region. [Ferenc and Parrino] did a tremendous job increasing company sales and furthering our expansion in that region.”

Patrick Starr, district sales manager at ATAS, says “Tenacity and authenticity are words I would use to describe [Ferenc]. His willingness to provide support and his overall enthusiasm are why he is ATAS’ salesperson of the year. Teaming him up with [Parrino], who exudes these same characteristics, makes for an unbeatable team. Congratulations to them both.”
