ATAS Acquires Metalwërks, Expanding Metal Solutions for Contractors

ATAS International Inc.[2], based in Allentown, Pa., has acquired Metal Sales and Service Inc.[3], based in Kennett Square, Pa., and its Metalwërks[4] product line of architectural metal plate systems. ATAS has a manufacturing plant for Metalwërks products in Elkton, Md.
