CFSEI to host webinar on change orders and cold-formed steel

The Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute[1] (CFSEI) will host a webinar on “Change Orders and Cold-Formed Steel” on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. ET. The webinar is designed for architects, engineers, building officials and contractors. Participants are eligible for 1.5 PDHs. 

The webinar will cover several relevant topics, including:

The webinar will be conducted by Don Allen, P.E., director of engineering for Super Stud Building Products Inc.[2] He oversees product development, testing, engineering and technical services. Allen has worked in the cold-formed steel framing industry since 1990 as a cold-formed steel specialty engineer, Engineer-of-Record, industry representative, and trade association technical director. He is chairman of the Education Subcommittee of the American Iron and Steel Institute[3]’s Committee on Framing Standards and Committee on Specifications. He was the 2013 recipient of the CFSEI Distinguished Service Award.
