MBMA Unveils Redesigned Website for Easier Access to Building Resources

[1]The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA)[2] redesigned its website, mbma.com. The website design is intended to be easier to navigate and simplify finding association resources. It has a revised member directory, association news, articles, publications, and metal building resources.

“We are excited to have our new website up and running,” says Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager. “MBMA provides a wide range of resources to the metal building and design community, and it’s easier to access the material and information with the new site. Building manuals and design guides, architectural folios, the latest association news, and information about all our members can be accessed with the click of a mouse.”

Sections on the website include:

• Technical resources including information on sustainability and resiliency, design resources with downloadable publications such as the Roof Framing Design Guide and Common Industry Practices guidebook, and information on fire protection and insurance matters.
• Education resources, with MBMA’s numerous case studies and architectural folios.
• News, which includes articles and publications from MBMA staff, as well as press releases and upcoming events.
• Membership information with details about joining the association and a complete directory of all building systems and associate members.
• A gallery of metal buildings from members.

There is also information on contacting MBMA and a list of staff members, annual reports, and industry trends details.
