MCA recruits executive director

The Metal Construction Association (MCA) announced it is recruiting candidates for executive director. The executive director and the board of directors will shape MCA’s missions and strategic plan, according to the announcement. The executive director will follow the charter of the association to grow the use of metal in the construction industry, reduce barriers for the use of metal and grow membership. General duties and responsibilities will include:

• Represent the face and voice of the association
• Provide operational leadership to the association and its subcontractors.
• Report to the executive committee.
• Manage fiduciary responsibilities.
• Implement membership growth strategies.
• Manage events including board, annual and semi-annual meetings.
• Promote the METALCON trade show.
