NRCA will hold For Foremen Only, Level 1 class

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA)[1] will hold its For Foremen Only, Level 1 class[2] in Dallas on Aug. 29, 2013. This course focuses on communication and management skills for field managers. By improving their communication skills, foremen will learn how to handle tough situations tactfully, especially when disciplinary action is needed. Foremen also will learn how to establish credibility, build rapport with crew members and motivate workers to improve job-site productivity.

The one-day class will be held Aug. 29 from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. in Dallas. The NRCA member price is $395, and the nonmember price is
$495.
