McElroy veteran Kathi Miller promoted to senior director, marketing and sales training

McElroy Metal[2] has promoted Kathi Miller to the position of senior director of marketing and sales training.

“Kathi has been an incredible asset to our company for many years and has consistently excelled in every role she has held,” said vice president of sales Scott Slone. “Her leadership, professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have made a tremendous impact across our organization.”

Miller has been with McElroy Metal for more than 30 years, serving in roles spanning customer service, sales, training, and marketing. Throughout her career, she has supported the company’s growth, strengthened customer relationships, and advanced initiatives benefiting both employees and customers.

In her new role, Miller will oversee the company’s marketing strategy, brand management, digital communications, customer education, and corporate communications.

“Having spent my career at McElroy Metal, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible people who are passionate about serving our customers,” Miller said. “I look forward to continuing to build on that foundation while helping tell the McElroy Metal story for years to come.”
