NRCA Encourages Industry Members To Take Market Index Survey for Reroofing

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) encourages roofing professionals to join industry trade associations representing contractors[2], consultants, and manufacturers in the United States and Canada in participating in the latest Quarterly Market Index Survey for Reroofing, which aims to evaluate business conditions during the fourth quarter of 2025.

For more than two years, the survey has provided insights into the reroofing industry and continues to serve as a regular barometer of the industry’s business conditions. By asking a handful of business questions and measuring responses across several demographics, the survey helps give an indication of the reroofing market’s strength and trajectory.

The survey results[3] are made available to all participants via an online dashboard, which enables users to filter the results by region and other metrics.

For the previous survey, which measured business activity during the third quarter of 2025, 61 percent of responses came from roofing contractors, and 39 percent came from roof consultants.

The survey is an industrywide effort to collect information about the reroofing market spearheaded by a coalition of trade associations.
