Curbs fasten roof accessories

Nucor Buildings Group’s roof curb features 14-gauge support channels designed to resist live loads and provide a rigid backer for curb attachment. The roof curbs have a fully welded water cricket with a 1-inch splash lip and a height of 7 inches. They enable lightweight roof accessories, including skylights, smoke vents and roof hatches, to be installed with standing seam panels, through-fastened panels, insulated roof panels and other panels from Nucor Buildings Group. Nucor Buildings’ safety/security frame incorporates welded grating and ensures the grid stays in place.
