Fasteners drill, tap thick metal

Triangle Fastener Corp.’s 5/16-inch diameter BLAZER 3 self-drilling screw is designed to drill and tap metal thicknesses up to 0.21-inch thick. It has a 3/8-inch hex washer head, is available in six lengths from 1 inch to 8 inches, and with or without a galvanized bonded ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) sealing washer. The 5/16-inch diameter BLAZER 3 self-drilling screw’s parts are TRISEAL coated and, when tested according to ASTM B117, provide 1,000 hours of salt spray protection from corrosion.
