Aluminum clamp has optimum strength
The RoofClamp is designed by Action Manufacturing LLC and marketed exclusively by SnoBlox-Snojax. The RoofClamp RC works on most snap lock and seamed together roofs while the RoofClamp RCT works on bulb shaped and T-shaped panels. The clamps are made up of durable 6061-T6 aluminum and they incorporate three cupped nose set screws that clamp onto the standing-seam metal roof. Instead of using one or two polished round point screws that could slip off the panel, the aluminum RoofClamp utilizes three rounded stainless-steel cupped nose set screws that do not pierce the panel and will not void the panel manufacturer’s warranty. For optimum strength and ease of installation, the clamp is one piece instead of two. It is fast and easy to install, accommodates more panels and will last the life of the roof.
Insulated roof panel maximizes thermal efficiency
Metl-Span has introduced CFR Retro-Seam, an insulated metal standing-seam roof panel that features the Roof Hugger subpurlin system. The CFR Retro-Seam system eliminates the need and associated cost of removing an existing roof. The new system improves the integrity of original design loadings and meets IBC requirements. CFR Retro-Seam provides weathertight performance and maximizes thermal efficiency.
