Columbia Architectural Products Inc.

Columbia Architectural Products’ Tecpan insulated metal panels are formed composites utilizing two brake-formed pans pressed within one another and fastened to framing or other substrates through the back sheets with clips. They are available in various standard and custom configurations in aluminum and stainless steel. Standard 1-inch panels are made of 0.04-inch aluminum color faces, extruded polystyrene cores and mill/random finished aluminum back pans, which fit into the face pans.

Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc.

Kingspan Insulated Panels’ BENCHMARK Designwall 2000 insulated metal panels (IMPs) have variable module widths ranging from 8 inches to 46 inches. They have trim-less ends, longitudinal and transverse bends and folded corners. Custom widths, finishes and integrated options are available. The IMPs integrate with louvers, sunshades and windows including Flushglaze window systems. Designwall 2000’s joint provides thermal efficiency and creates a double barrier against air and water penetration.

Mapes Panels LLC

Mapes’ MapeSpan panels are an insulated spandrel glass panels for building exteriors and interiors. They have an exterior skin of 1/4-inch tempered spandrel glass laminated to an insulating core, interior substrate and exterior skin. The panels provide glazing for curtainwall, spandrel and window applications. The interior of the MapeSpan panels can be factory finished to complement designs including Kynar, anodized and baked enamel.

MBCI

MBCI’s Santa Fe insulated metal panels (IMPs) have a flat exterior profile with a heavy embossed, stucco texture that mimics a masonry stucco finish. Santa Fe IMPs utilize concealed clips and eliminate thermal short-circuits. The interior skin of Santa Fe panels is stucco-embossed with the Light Mesa profile. They are produced in four widths: 24-inch, 30-inch, 36-inch and 42-inch. Their exterior is standard 24-gauge or optional 22-gauge, and their interior is standard 26-gauge and optional 22-gauge.
