The composite metal is bonded to the thermoplastic core without using a laminating adhesive. Large, flat surfaces in a variety of finishes are available. The system uses rout-and-return fabrication methods and is installed with the UNA-CLIP System. The clip is attached to the return flange of the panel via a pre-punched, pre-engineered slot.
