BLM Group’s LT24 automated laser-tube is suited for 3-D laser cutting of large diameter tubes and structural beams in mild steel, stainless and aluminum in sections to 24-inch diameter. The LT24 is capable of handling bar weight to 200 pounds/foot and loading/unloading lengths to 60 feet. It can process open sections including angles, channels, columns, flats and structural beams.

Bradbury’s VTR+plus purlin line features auto gauging and hands-free thread-up. It processes 11-gauge maximum material thickness and has automatic cee to zee changeover. The VTR+plus also has single- and double-slope eave capability, touchscreen controls and auto-flare fixtures to control end flare.

Red Bud offers Light Gauge Slitters for painted/coated coils for metal building panel and rainware manufacturers. The slitters are designed for material to 0.062-inch thick and in widths to 48 inches or 60 inches, and other widths are available. The slitters can run at speeds to 1,000 feet per minute.
