Accurate Perforating Co. Inc.

Accurate Perforating offers more than 400 standard patterns and tools for perforated metal with round, square, slot and decorative hole shapes. Hole diameters range from 0.04-inch to 2 inches, and the patterns can be perforated on a wide range of metals with thicknesses of 28-gauge to 3/8-inch in panels, sheets and coils. A maximum of 72-inch-wide perforated sheets come with an unfinished edge that cuts through holes or finished custom solid margins on each side.

Armstrong Ceiling and Wall Solutions

Armstrong’s Create! custom perforations add images to metal panels. The perforations are available in a range of MetalWorks ceiling and wall systems including MetalWorks Torsion Spring, MetalWorks Snap-In, MetalWorks Clip-On, MetalWorks RH200/RH215 and MetalWorks WH1000/WH1100. The perforated panels come in standard Whitelume, Silverlume and Gun Metal. Custom sizes and colors are offered. With fiberglass infill panels, perforated panels can provide a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) to 0.9.

Hendrick Architectural Products Inc.

Hendrick’s perforated metal panels with H-CLAD LD mounting system have three-hole diameters with open areas ranging from 7 percent to 13 percent. The aluminum panels are 0.19-inch thick, and the system withstands 125-mph winds. The perforated metal panels with H-CLAD LD mounting system are finished in fluoropolymer coatings.

McNICHOLS Co.

McNICHOLS’ Perforated Metal (item no. 1618311641) is 48-inch-wide by 120-inch-long perforated metal sheet produced in 16-gauge carbon steel or cold-rolled steel with a mill finish. The perforations are 1/8-inch round on 3/16-inch staggered centers; sheets have 40 percent open area. The perforated metal sheets have minimum solid margins at both sides parallel to the sheets’ length. Holes are sheared through both ends parallel to the sheets’ width.

Móz Designs

Móz’s Laser Cut Collection has 27 standard patterns including Criss Cross, Bubbles and TicTac. The patterns can be produced on 4-foot-wide by 8-foot-long, 3/16-inch-thick aluminum sheets, single or two-sided. Standard finishes include Bronze Sand, Rusted Copper and Silver Metallic. Options include custom patterns, custom sizes, custom colors and exterior finishes.

Wallner Expac Inc.

Wallner Expac’s Decorative Patterns of architectural expanded metal sheets are produced in steel, aluminum and other metals. Opening sizes range from 1/4-inch to 3 inches. Sixteen patterns are available including Apollo, Greco and Pinnacle. Decorative Patterns are customizable for a variety of applications including ceiling panels, façades, louvers and furniture.
