Recoiler processes master coils

MetalForming Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Stolarczyk Co.’s tension stand and recoiler in North America. It features a cutoff shear and lifting table. Master coils, typically of mild steel, can be recoiled into smaller coils with the same or different widths. Slit coils can used to rollform standing seam roof systems, feed trim rollformers, be folded or sold. Stolarczyk’s tension stand and recoiler from Metalforming has an 11,000-pound capacity. The machine’s recoil speed is 115 feet per minute. It processes 49.2-inch-wide coils and the minimum strip width to recoil is 6 inches. The maximum coil diameter is 51.2 inches.
