Roof underlayment receives Miami-Dade approval

Drexel Metals Inc.’s MetShield HT high-temperature, self-adhering roof underlayment is a high-tensile-strength rubberized asphalt underlayment designed to withstand temperatures to 250 F. MetShield HT is available in black and white and may be installed under metal including copper, zinc and COR-TEN, and under synthetic tiles and asphalt shingles. It was issued a Product Control Notice of Acceptance for use in Miami- Dade County and its municipalities.
