Software maker reboots material management

A+W Software GmbH announced its CANTOR software for windows and doors has new features including a holistic approach to material called Active Material Management, a revised order entry structure and a planning screen where schedule changes are displayed in a chart. CANTOR has just-in-time schedule and capacity planning and may be used to plan orders in terms of purchasing, production and shipping schedule, which is intended to provide the shortest possible delivery deadlines.
