Anderson Municipal Building, Anderson, S.C.

by Jonathan McGaha | 3 June 2011 12:00 am

Housing the credit union, water department, tax office, city transportation department and the police department training facility, the Anderson Municipal building’s steep-sloped gable roofs match the existing downtown courthouse building. The building is designed and constructed on a very tight existing building site of an old downtown gas station that was deconstructed and resold on eBay. McElroy Metal supplied 9,300 square feet of its 24-gauge Medallion-Lok 16-inch-wide metal roofing panels in Colonial Red Kynar Coating.
