As a fire department and police dispatch, the building needs to be sturdy. The facility features McElroy Metals’ 24-gauge, Maxima 2:18 Striated roof panels in Slate Gray on the steep pitches and Ash Gray on the low pitches with a vented ridge. The building also contains McElroy’s 24-gauge, 12-inch Marquee Lok soffit and fascia in Sandstone. Due to the different elevations in the roofing, the design lends itself to different colors.
