Metal wall panels and shingles were used to complement an existing structure and create a modern, aged look on Dairy Central, a mixed-use building. The 82,300-square-foot development includes retail, residential and office spaces.

The project uses 12,800 square feet of pre-patinated copper and zinc panels. Glass and Metals Inc. installed IMETCO’s Legacy metal shingles. The rectangular shingles are 16-ounce, Star Blue pre-patinated copper and installed vertically in a running bond pattern.

Glass and Metals also installed IMETCO’s Element metal wall panels. The rectangular panels are 0.8-mm-thick, pre-patinated Oliva Zinc and installed vertically in a stack bond pattern.
