Completed in April 2008, the 3,765-square-foot (350-m2) store includes retail and office space. The 52- by 70 2/3-foot (16- by 22-m) building has a 31-foot (9-m) eave height. The project featured a standing-seam metal roof along with IPS panels for the endwalls and sidewalls. The 24-gauge Galvalume standing-seam roof in Sea Cactus had a 1/4:12 slope. The building features a full basement and steel-framed second floor that is connected by an elevator and two sets of stairs.
