East 51 Rocketts Landing apartment building, Richmond, Va.

Cox Kliewer and Co. PC used a combination of metal and brick to create a façade inspired by a historic industrial waterfront along James River for East 51 Rocketts Landing apartment building. It is located near a bike trail, marina, brewery and restaurants. The facility has bicycle storage, a fitness center and two riverside pools. To complete the project, Royal Exteriors installed ATAS International Inc.’s 0.032-inch-thick aluminum, 16-inch by 60-inch Versa-Lok metal wall panels in Dove Grey.
