This RV storage condominium facility opened earlier this year and is only the sixth facility of its kind in California. The resort-inspired storage facility features 71-foot (22-m) drive aisles, a 2,700-square-foot (251-m2) clubhouse, oversized wash area, showers, dog run and more. The 104,000-square-foot (9,662-m2) facility has 118 storage units with automatic sectional doors, individualized door alarms on each unit and security cameras.

"It offers amenities never seen before in the storage industry. We are setting a new standard here," said Caesar Wright, president of Mako Steel, the structural engineer and steel subcontractor.

McElroy Metal supplied 24-gauge Galvalume standing-seam metal roof panels and26-gauge Mutli-Rib wall panels for the project.
