To bring three county parks departments under one roof, a metal building system that met budget and design requirements was used.

Greene County Parks and Trail ranger office and shop facility houses 28,000 square feet. It has a 20-foot eave height, Sky-Web fall protection and insulation support systems with a bag-and-sag insulation system. Walls are insulated by roll batt insulation with thermal spacer blocks. Butler Manufacturing supplied the metal building system and Sky-Web.

While it was a county project, city zoning required additional exterior features. A stone wainscot, color band at the eave and landscape screening from a main road put the design in compliance.
